TG TET 2026: When Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test Results Announced? Check the date

The Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) June 2026 examinations concluded on June 22 after being conducted for five days in 10 sessions across the state.The School Education Department conducted the examination in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode between June 16 and 22. A total of 1,36,418 candidates registered for the exam. Of these, 32,779 appeared in Presentation I, 86,305 in Presentation II and 17,334 in both presentations. The applicant pool also included 28,149 serving government teachers.The exam covered different topics and categories in various sessions. Paper I focused on Mathematics and Science, while Paper II included Mathematics and Science, Social Studies and Minority Languages ​​such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Urdu, Marathi and Sanskrit.With the exams now over, candidates can wait for the announcement of the results. According to the official notification of TG TET June 2026, the results will be declared between 28th and 31st July 2026.The notification also lays down the minimum qualifying marks required to pass the examination. Candidates from General and EWS categories must secure 60 percent or more. The pass mark for BC candidates is 50 percent or more, while SC, ST and differently abled candidates need 40 percent or more.

Qualified candidates receive a TET Eligibility Certificate valid for lifetime. This certificate is mandatory for applying for teaching posts in Telangana government, local body and aided schools.
