The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala has announced the CCMT Round 3 Seat Allotment Result 2026. Candidates who participated in the counseling process can now check and download the allotment status by visiting the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in.To access the result, candidates need to login with their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) registration id and password.Candidates who have been allocated places in the Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Architecture (MArch) and Master of Planning (MPlan) programs must complete the seat acceptance process by paying the required fee by 30 June 2026, before 5:30 p.m.The CCMT is a centralized counseling process conducted for admission to postgraduate engineering, architecture and planning programs offered by National Institutes of Technology (NIT), Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur, selected Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs).This year, 76 institutes are participating in the CCMT counseling process 2026. The seat allotment has been prepared based on the GATE 2024, GATE 2025 and GATE 2026 scores of the candidates.
How to download the Award result of the 3rd round CCMT 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to check award status:
- Visit the official website at ccmt.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on “Show Round 3 Seat Allotment Result for
CCMT 2026 ” link available on the home page. - Enter your GATE Registration ID and Password.
- Click the Sign In button.
- Round 3 seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the allotment letter for future use.

What happens after Round 3 seat allocation?
Candidates who have received seat allotment must pay the seat acceptance fee by 30th June 2026 by 5:30 PM.After completing the fee payment, candidates need to verify their documents before July 1, 2026.Those who do not want to continue with the allotted institute can choose to withdraw from the counseling process between July 2 and July 6, 2026.

The CCMT authorities will publish the list of vacancies on the official portal on 13th July 2026.The registration process for the CCMT 2026 special round will begin from July 14, 2026, giving eligible candidates another chance to secure admission in participating institutes.Candidates are advised to complete all the admission related formalities within the stipulated time limits and visit CCMT official website regularly for latest counseling updates.
