Akshay Kumar followed the diet early – not for a few months, but for more than 20 years. The entertainment giant, the 58-year-old is known for his fitness and strict diet. “Dinner is very important. It is very important for your body because when we sleep at night, our eyes are resting, our legs are resting, our hands are resting, all the parts of our body are resting. But what is not resting is your stomach because we have eaten late,” he explained what he saw during a discussion with the audience on “Your Body Already Knows Book”.
In addition, he repeated the scientific principles that follow the practice, saying, “I think that diseases will not approach you. This is what I always follow. Therefore, it is important to eat at 6.30 pm because you get your time to digest your food, and at the time you are about to sleep, and 9, 9.30, 10 o’clock to rest, the stomach is completely ready.”
