CUET UG 2026 result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of the Common Undergraduate University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their slips through the official CUET portal using their application number and password or date of birth.The entrance test was conducted in the computer-based test mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026, with additional sessions held on June 6 and 7. Participating central, state, deemed and private universities will use the cards for degree admission in the academic session 2026-27. Candidates have been advised to retain a copy of their score card for the admission and counseling process.Record participation in CUET UG 2026According to the NTA, 15,68,867 candidates registered for the CUET UG 2026, while 11,64,098 appeared for the test. Candidates generated nearly 67.56 lakh subject tests recorded in 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and one general aptitude test.The exam was conducted over 19 days in 35 shifts in 321 cities, including 13 international locations. Candidates could choose up to five subjects, resulting in 12,906 unique subject combinations. Highlights and subject scoresThe NTA said a candidate achieved a 100 percentile score in four of the five subjects chosen. Another 22 candidates scored 100th percentile in three subjects, 180 candidates in two subjects and 3,214 candidates in one subject.Among individual subjects, Accountancy, History, Psychology, Sanskrit and Odia recorded the highest NTA score of 250.00. Biology followed with 249.70, while Political Science recorded 249.58 and Business Studies 249.57.The highest aggregated NTA score across five subjects was 1232.19.What candidates should do nextThe NTA clarified that its role is limited to conducting the examination, releasing answer keys, preparing results and issuing score cards.
