The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Saturday invited applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to various posts in various ministries and departments of the Government of India. The online application process has already started.According to the commission, candidates can apply through the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal from June 27, 2026. The last date to submit applications is July 17, 2026.The commission has posted Announcement no. 07/2026, with vacancies distributed by different ministries and departments of the central government. These include posts such as Joint Director in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Medical Officer/Research Officer (Siddha) in the Ministry of Ayush, Aeronautical Officer and Legal Officer in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Company Prosecutor in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Deputy Superintendent in the Archaeological and Photo Bureau of India. in the Ministry of Defence, Assistant Civil Security Officer, Store Officer (Civil), and several positions as Grade III Specialist and Assistant Professor in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.Direct link to the official notification
