Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has invited applications for 77 trainee positions at Defense Electronics Applications Laboratory (DEAL), Dehradun. The online application process started on June 23, 2026 and will remain open till July 22, 2026. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship training and receive a monthly stipend based on their qualification.According to the official notification, the graduate trainees will get a stipend of Rs 12,300 per month. Diploma trainees will get Rs 10,900 per month while ITI trainees will get Rs 10,560 per month.Recruitment is open to Graduate, Diploma and ITI candidates. Applicants must be Indian citizens and must fulfill the educational qualifications specified for their respective categories. Candidates applying for undergraduate traineeships must have completed an engineering or technology degree from a recognized university. Diploma Apprentice applicants must have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology, while ITI Apprentice candidates must have completed ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
