The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) is expected to announce the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) Result 2026 soon. UPTET 2026 Result Update for Teaching Aspirants
The UPTET exam is conducted as an eligibility test for candidates who aspire to become teachers in government primary and primary schools in Uttar Pradesh. The evaluation process has started after the completion of the examination and the process of preparing the results is expected to be in its final stages.Candidates who qualify the exam will get UPTET certificate which is now valid for lifetime as per the updated validity norms.The exam was done at two levels. Test 1 was conducted for candidates seeking eligibility to teach classes 1 to 5, while test 2 was conducted for those seeking to teach classes 6 to 8. UPTET Marks Marks for different categories
Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the Commission to pass the eligibility test.Candidates from the general category must secure 60 per cent marks, which means securing at least 90 marks out of 150. Candidates belonging to reserved categories, including Other Backward Classes (OBCs), Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs), must secure 55 per cent marks.For reserved category candidates, the qualification requirement is 82.5 marks, generally considered as 82 marks out of 150 as per the exam calculation rules.

Once the result link is activated, candidates can check their mark sheets by visiting the official website of UPESSC.Applicants will have to open the UPTET Result 2026 link available on the home page and enter their roll number or registration number along with required login details like password or date of birth.After submitting the details, the dashboard will appear on the screen. Candidates can download and save a copy of the result for future reference.
