Selection process

The selection process will vary by location.For posts up to Scale III, candidates may be required to appear for an online test, a group discussion (if required) and/or a personal interview, depending on the number of applications received.For Tier IV, V and VI positions, the selection process may include a group discussion, other tests or assessments, and/or a personal interview. Bank can also conduct online examination if required.Candidates from General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories must secure at least 40% marks in each section to qualify. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Persons with Reference Disability (PwBD) categories should secure at least 35% marks, wherever applicable.The bank has also announced that there will be negative marking in the online exam. For each incorrect answer, a quarter (25%) of the mark allocated to that question will be deducted.
