Candidates who participated in the KS DAT counseling process can now check the allotment status on the official website, lbsapplications.kerala.gov.in.To access the result, candidates will have to login with their registered ID and password.Candidates who have been awarded a seat in the first round can pay the token fee and rearrange their top choices, if necessary, from July 24 to July 26, 2026.The provisional allotment has been prepared based on the options filled by the candidates during the counseling and availability of seats. KS DAT 2026 round 1: seat allocation by course
According to the award data released by the institute, a total of 182 places have been awarded in the first round.The Faculty of Architecture received the largest number of allocated places with 42 places for the Bachelor of Design program. It was followed by Kerala State Institute of Design with 30 seats and DC School of Architecture and Design with 26 seats.Other assignments include:
- Saints College of Engineering: 13 places in the Degree in Communication Design, 13 places in the Degree in Design and 12 places in the Degree in Interaction Design
- KMCT Institute of Emerging Technology and Management: 23 places in the Degree in Design
- Marian College of Architecture and Planning: 11 places in the Degree in Design
- Mentor Academy of Design, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology: 12 places in the Degree in Design
