Former teammates Timothy Chalamet and Selena Gomez they are set to meet again after almost a decade when they are making their next film – ‘Not Alone’.According to recent reports, the actors who rose together for the first time in the 2018 film ‘Rainy Day in New York’, have teamed up again, this time, to create a new look of a strange type from Light. Unlike in the past, Timothee and Selena will take the lead behind the microphone and lend their voices to the new movie with the help of the studio behind international hits such as ‘Despicable Me’ and ‘Super Mario Bros’.

According to Variety, Chalamet will voice Joe, “a famous rocket builder who lives a quiet life alone,” as announced, while Selena Gomez will voice Fran, “an astronaut who is building the world’s first rocket.”
‘Not Alone’ is a valid word
“When Joe and Fran are brought together to prepare the launch of this revolutionary rocket, there are immediate pains, but no one knows how to love. Life becomes more complicated when three strangers – small, disobedient and fun – flee to Joe’s house. Fran’s rocket can provide their way back home to safety,” read the film.
‘Not Alone’ release date and release date
Dunk, Welly and Shirm will be voiced by Rob Brydon, Diane Morgan, and Jamie Demetriou. ‘Ted Lasso’ star Brett Goldstein will appear as Officer Zandro. Others in the supporting cast include Allison Janney and Lamorne Morris.The ‘Not Alone’ will be directed by Illumination executives Eric Guillon, who was the director of ‘Despicable Me 2’, Claire Dodgson, and Jonathan Del.The film is expected to release on April 16, 2027.

It is worth mentioning that this episode marks Timothee Chalamet’s first animated film. In the latest movie, the actor graced the big screen with the Oscar-nominated “Marty Supreme”. After that, he is also set to reprise his role as Paul Atreides in Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune: The Third,” which is scheduled to hit theaters in December.For Selena Gomez, her upcoming credits include the Linda Ronstadt biopic, in which she will portray the Grammy-winning singer.
