Salman Khan has sold his Mumbai apartment in Bandra West for Rs 3.50 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The actor bought the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. According to the documents, the house is located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential area in Bandra West.

According to a Hindustan Times Real Estate report from July 13, Salman sold the house to many buyers, and the contract was signed on July 9, 2026. Records show that the buyers paid Rs 21 lakh for stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fee.The registered documents show that the house has an area of 758 sq ft and was sold with two parking spaces. Based on this, the contract is around Rs 46,000 per sq ft for carpet area, according to the documents.

However, the transfer of ownership took place through a transfer deed signed between Salman and the buyers on July 23, 2026.

In a similar move, Salman has already sold a 1,318 sq ft house in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 5.35 crore in July 2025, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The records show that this house, too, is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, which has a built-up area of 122.45 sq. (1,318 sq ft). Recently, in June 2026, Khan made headlines after receiving permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to build a residential tower in Bandra’s Chimbai, located a few hundred meters from Galaxy Apartments, where the actor has lived since 1974.
