Re-NEET 2026 Answer Key: When Will NTA Publish Provisional Key? Here’s what we know so far
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is expected to release the NEET 2026 answer key soon on the official website, nta.neet.ac.in. Earlier, the answer key was released on 6th May for the exam conducted on 3rd May. Following similar trends, the provisional answer keys of Re-NEET can be expected by the end of this week on 28 June 2026.The new test had been held on June 21 at 5,440 test centers in India and 14 test centers abroad. Now, as the test is already done, students would be eagerly waiting for the provisional answer key and answer sheet.
Re-NEET 2026 answer key is expected soon
However, despite the fact that there have been no official announcements regarding the release dates of the NTA Re-NEET answer key, past experiences give some clues about the likely time frame of the event.Historically, the authority announces the provisional answer key a couple of days after announcing the exam results. Based on past experiences and this year’s exam cycle, it can be safely assumed that the provisional answer key will be released three to four days after the results are announced. Hence, candidates can expect the Re-NEET UG 2026 answer key to be released by the end of this week.Once released, candidates will be able to access the answer key on the official NEET portal and compare their answers with the officially provided solutions.

The provisional answer key will not be the final version. As per the standard procedure followed by NTA, there will be an opportunity for candidates to raise objections against those answers which they feel are wrong.Candidates can submit objection online within specified time period. Within this period, candidates may present supporting documentation in favor of their claims after having paid the established fee per claim.All allegations raised will be examined by a team of experts in the field constituted by NTA. If the objection raised is genuine, the answer key will be modified accordingly.

- Visit the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in.
- Go to the “NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key” tab located on the home page.
- Log in to the system with your application number, date of birth and other security details.
- The provisionally released answer key and answer sheet will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the PDF file containing the Provisional Answer Key and save it for future use.
- Compare your answers with those of the provisionally published answers to calculate your estimated score.
- If required, raise objections against the provisionally released answer key through the dedicated answer key challenge link.
