Important Instructions for NBEMS Candidates
NBEMS has issued several important guidelines for applicants before submitting their forms:
- Candidates must read the Information Bulletin carefully before submitting the application.
- Trial city allocation will not be on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your application early will not increase your chances of getting a preferred city or test center.
- Applicants must choose three preferred test statuses while filling the application form.
- The first preferred test status must be the same as the correspondence status mentioned in the application form.
- The remaining two preferred test states should be neighboring states.
- Candidates must provide a valid mailing address along with acceptable proof of address.
- Mailing address and preferred test statuses cannot be changed after the application form has been submitted, even during the edit window.
- Candidates must upload a recent photograph taken within the last three months along with their signature and other required images as per the prescribed guidelines. Applications with unclear, edited or incorrect images may be rejected and the admit card may not be issued.
- Although NBEMS will attempt to allocate a test city based on the candidate’s preference, it reserves the right to allocate a test city or examination center anywhere in India for administrative, security, logistical or technical reasons.
