In a video posted on Instagram, an emotional Shah reacted to the crackdown on students who were protesting the scandal of the NEET paper leak. He strongly condemned those responsible for using force against the protesting students.

In the video, Naseeruddin said, “Iss waqt mera dil bhi bhara hua hai aur main gusse se khaul bhi raha hoon yeh dekhkar ke humare bachchon ke saath kis tarah zulm ka bartav kiya ja raha hai unn gundon ke haathon joh mujhe nalate America keb hai ma agent la muad meqa, agent la mujhe nalate America danda liye hue. Kabhi apne bachchon ke baare mein bhi socha karo aur yeh bhi socho tumhara anjaam tumhe bhi ek din milega zaroor.” (I feel very sad and at the same time, my blood hurts to see how young people are being victimized by criminals who remind me of masked people in America. A video went viral on social media, claiming that Naseeruddin and his sons, Vivaan and Imaad, joined the protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Monday. But the truth is, this poster came from the Regal Cinema in Mumbai.
Protests spread across Mumbai, leading to police crackdowns
The protests are not limited to Delhi, supporters of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) also took to the streets in Mumbai. To avoid any potential problems, Mumbai Police has banned gatherings of five or more people, including protests, loudspeakers, and fireworks, from July 23 to August 6.
