Haryana Board Revises Last Date for Online Submission of Class 9 & 11 Annual Exam Marks

NEW DELHI: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the last date for affiliated schools to upload the annual examination marks of Class 9 and Class 11 students for the academic session 2025-26. Schools can now submit grades online until July 24, 2026.The announcement was made jointly by HBSE Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar and Secretary Munish Sharma, IAS. The previous deadline for uploading notes was July 7, 2026.The schools asked to complete the process within the revised time frameThe board has directed all affiliated government schools, private schools, gurukuls and vidyapeeths which have not yet uploaded the annual examination marks of class 9 and class 11 students to complete the process before the revised deadline.Institutions have been instructed to log in to the official HBSE website with the assigned user ID and password and ensure that the marks are uploaded within the stipulated time.Failure to upload the marks may affect your board exam eligibilityThe board has declared that schools that do not upload the annual exam marks of eligible students by July 24 may face consequences for their students.According to the notification, students whose annual marks have not been uploaded within the stipulated time limit will not be eligible to appear for the upcoming class 10 and class 12 annual examinations conducted by HBSE.The board issues contact details for technical supportTo facilitate timely completion of the process, the board has advised schools facing technical issues to contact the designated helpline numbers during working days between 9 am and 5 pm.Schools can ask for help by calling 01664-254300 or 01664-254302. They can also report problems related to enrollment through the official email address of the enrollment office during working days.The board has urged all affiliated institutions to complete the online submission of annual examination marks before the revised deadline to avoid any inconvenience to students during the board examination process.
