Former Afghanistan fast bowler Shapoor Zadran died at age 38 after battling Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare disease of the immune system. He received treatment in the Delhi-NCR region for several months. His death was confirmed by the Afghanistan Cricket Board, while the International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman Jay Shah also paid tribute, remembering Zadran’s great contribution to Afghanistan cricket.Sharing his condolences with X, Shah praised Zadran for helping Afghanistan establish itself in international cricket.
