The Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has extended the Phase II admission schedule for first year intermediate courses for the academic session 2026-27 till July 31, 2026, giving eligible students more time to secure admission in universities across the state.The extension comes as a relief to students who have not yet completed the admission process. The board has requested all the eligible candidates to complete their admissions before the revised deadline by visiting their preferred colleges and submitting the required documents.

With the latest extension, students who have not yet enrolled in first-year secondary education courses can complete admission procedures until July 31, 2026. It will help more eligible students to join university colleges for the new academic session.BIEAP has also directed the university colleges to complete the admissions strictly as per the guidelines issued by the board and follow the prescribed reservation policy while filling the available seats.
One third of the places reserved for female students
Reiterating its admission policy, the board has stated that 33 percent of the total seats will remain reserved for female students during the admission process.Reservation has been introduced to improve girls’ participation in secondary education and expand their access to higher secondary education in Andhra Pradesh. Colleges have been instructed to implement the reservation policy while admitting students during the extended admission period.
Students are encouraged to complete admissions by July 31
Candidates who have not yet secured admission have been advised to approach their preferred colleges without delay and complete all the admission formalities before the revised closing date.Students must ensure that all required documents are submitted within the stipulated time to avoid losing the chance of admission.
