Thousands of candidates waiting for the first round of undergraduate admissions in the University of Delhi (DU) keep updating their screens on Wednesday evening as the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) round 1 seat allocation list is yet to be released.The first allotment list was scheduled to be released at 5:00 PM on July 16 through the candidate boards on the DU UG admission portal. However, even after the advertised time, the award status is not visible. Some also reported difficulties in accessing the portal, with the portal loading slowly or not opening at all.The first allotment list is expected to be released shortly.

What happens after the allocation list is published?

Once the first allotment list is released, shortlisted candidates will have to accept the allotted seats through the CSAS portal before proceeding to the document verification and fee payment phases.The admission process will follow the schedule announced by DU.
