Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has extended the deadline for Uttar Pradesh State/Higher Subordinate Services Combined Preliminary Exams. Candidates can now submit their applications until August 3, 2026. The revised schedule provides another opportunity to civil services aspirants to submit their applications for one of the most competitive recruitment exams in Uttar Pradesh. Initially, the enrollment process was scheduled to conclude on July 27, while the application correction facility was available till August 3. After the extension, both online application submission and examination fee payment can now be completed by August 3, while the correction period has also been extended to August 10.Candidates who have not yet filled their applications can register through the UPPSC official portal after providing the required personal, educational and other relevant details along with payment of prescribed application fee.The commission has clarified that the purpose of the extension is to ensure that eligible candidates who have missed the previous deadline are not deprived of the opportunity to participate in the recruitment process.

UPPSC PCS Exam 2026: Application Fees
Applicants have to pay the exam fee as per their category while completing the online registration process. The application fee is Rs 125 for candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories, Rs 65 for SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen applicants and Rs 25 for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
