Rajpal Yadav He has been sentenced to three months in prison by a Delhi High Court in a loan of Rs 9 crore. In 2012, Yadav took a loan from businessman Madhav Gopal Agrawal of Murli Projects Pvt Ltd and over the years, the loan reached Rs 9 crore. The actor defaulted on his loan and was in Tihar jail. After being granted bail, he did not comply with the court order and refused to pay money. According to the latest update on Friday, the actor was sentenced to three months in prison. However, Rajpal is not going to jail now. Advocate Avnish Sikka, representing Murli Projects Pvt Ltd, says, “Today, the charges filed by Mr. Rajpal Yadav have been reserved. According to the decision of the Delhi High Court, all 21 cases filed by Rajpal Yadav were dismissed, and the order passed by the Sessions Court was accepted. The court ordered him to spend three months in prison; he has also been ordered to pay a fine of Rs 1.05 crores in each case. The sentence of three months imprisonment must run concurrently. Mrs. Radha Rajpal Yadav was also one of the accused in these cases. He has been ordered to pay Rs 5 lakh as fine each. When the case was heard, his counsel prayed for a trial. The court denied his probationary relief. The court has also taken into account the repeated violations of the court order, and that on the last day Rajpal Yadav said, “I am ready to go to jail five times but I will not pay a penny”. A period of two months has been given to him to comply with the order or challenge the decision in the Supreme Court.” Therefore, according to the advocate, the court has given two months to Yadav to comply with the orders, pay the money, go to jail or challenge the Supreme Court decision in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, on the work front, Yadav was last seen in ‘Welcome To The Jungle’.
