Varun Tej will also be seen in the upcoming Korean film ‘Korea Kanakaraju’. The trailer of the film has been officially unveiled by the pan-Indian star Prabhas.

‘Korea Kanakaraju’ Teaser
In the two-minute comic, Varun Tej’s character is seen introducing his village Penugonda in Rayalaseema district of Andhra Pradesh. He also talked about the beautiful people who live there. The film is shown to be in Korea and this is when a change is made as Varun Tej says, “Hey Who is that? You are playing a movie that is not what I am talking about”.

Pictures of his village are shown and Varun Tej is seen whose name is Kanagaraju. His character is portrayed as a strong, hot-headed and fiery person who is quick to anger. He is also shown to be an alcoholic who will find any reason to drink. His life changes when he meets a girl. Ritika Naik who plays the female lead is introduced who seems to be working on her visa. He is shown speaking in Korean.Later, while Kanagaraju is talking to the girl and her friend in the living room where they are drinking, a vase across their table catches fire. The vase is not ordinary, it has a dragon carved on it.Kanagaraju transforms into a person with comical powers. The color of his eyes changes to blue and every time someone says Korean he seems to reach there like a ghost. He became Korea Kanagaraju. At the end, the makers show the invisible Varun Tej, who seems to have lost his middle finger, has tattoos and is surrounded by henchmen, showing that he is part of the Korean mafia.
