The Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj will release the Uttar Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education (UP DELEd) Merit List 2026 today, July 16, on the official website, updeled.gov.in.Merit list will be published in state rank form. Candidates who have registered for admission will be able to check their rank online once the list is published.As per the official schedule, the UP DELED 2026 counseling process will be conducted in two phases. The Phase 1 option filling window will open from July 20 to August 10, 2026, while the Phase 2 option filling will take place from August 20 to September 10, 2026.Document verification for the second phase will be completed on 12th September 2026 and classes will start from 14th September 2026.Admission to the Diploma of Primary Education (DElEd) program is based on marks obtained in the Class 12 Aptitude Examination. Candidates must also meet the prescribed eligibility criteria to be considered for admission.The UP DELEd 2026 application process started on June 15, 2026 and the registration window remained open until July 8, 2026.
