The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the timetable for the Class 10 High School Improvement/Compartment Examination and Class 12 Intermediate Compartment Examination 2026. Examinations will be held on 28 July 2026 (Tuesday) for candidates who have successfully submitted their online applications.According to the official announcement, both the exams will be conducted at the centers allotted by the district school inspector at the district headquarters.

The exam times are as follows:

  • Secondary Class 10 Improvement/Compartment Exam: July 28, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m
  • Class 12 Intermediate Compartment Exam: July 28, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m

Candidates are advised to report to the allotted examination center 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination to ensure proper entry into the examination hall.

Accept cards

The board has directed the concerned school principals to download the admit cards of the registered candidates from the official website, upmsp.edu.in. After endorsing the admit cards, the directors will distribute them to the respective candidates.

Important Instructions for Candidates

The UPMSP has issued several guidelines that candidates must follow on the day of the exam:

  • Candidates must reach the examination center at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones, smart watches or any other electronic devices inside the exam room.
  • Only candidates, the center director, faculty and authorized teaching staff may enter the examination center.

Guidelines for examination centers

The court has also given instructions to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.

  • The Center Superintendent shall ensure that unnecessary crowds do not form at the entrance before or after the examination.
  • CCTV cameras and internet routers with voice recorder must remain operational throughout the examination in all examination halls.
  • The question packs will be opened following the same procedure followed during the main board exams. The packets will be opened inside the strong room under 24×7 CCTV surveillance with voice recording in the presence of Center Superintendent, Out Center Superintendent and Sector Magistrate.

Candidates are advised to follow all the instructions issued by the board carefully and bring the admit card to the examination center on the day of examination.
