SPMCIL Recruitment 2026: Application Fee and Selection ProcessCandidates belonging to UR, OBC, EWS and ESM categories have to pay an application fee of Rs.1000. Application fee for SC, ST and PwD candidates is Rs.200. Payment must be made online.The selection process includes an online written examination with 75% weightage, followed by an interview with 25% weightage. Shortlisted candidates after these phases will undergo document verification and a medical examination.Service bond and application processCandidates appointed at E-1 and E-2 levels will be required to execute a service bond of Rs.3,00,000 and serve the organization for a minimum period of three years.To apply, candidates have to complete online registration, verify their email address and mobile number through OTP, fill personal and educational details, upload required documents, pay application fee and submit the form before downloading a copy for future reference.
