RSCIT Admit Card 2026: Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota has released the RSCIT admit cards for the candidates appearing in the July and August 2026 exam cycle. Candidates who are planning to appear for the exam on 19th July 2026 and 2nd August 2026 can now download their hall tickets through the official portal of VMOU.The college has activated the admit card link in the permission letter section. Candidates can download their hall ticket by following these steps:Step 1: Visit the official VMOU permission letter page: https://www.vmou.ac.in/permission-letter.Step 2: Click on RSCIT Admit Card or Permission Letter link.Step 3: Select the designated district.Step 4: Choose your preferred login option using Student Code/Registration Number or Name and Date of Birth.Step 5: Submit the details.Step 6: Download the admit card and take a clear print for the exam.Candidates should ensure that the exam date printed on the hall entrance matches with the batch for which they have registered.Alternative option to download the hall ticketCandidates who are unable to access the online admit card due to heavy traffic or technical issues can visit their registered IT Gyan Kendra (ITGK). It is an offline exam conducted on an OMR sheet and consists of 35 multiple choice questions carrying 70 marks. There is no negative marking, and candidates must score at least 28 points to qualify.The exam assesses practical computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, digital payments, e-government services and cyber security awareness. The certification is required to be eligible in various Rajasthan Government recruitment exams and administrative posts.
