The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has released the O level admit card for the July 2026 exam cycle. Candidates appearing for the exam can download their theory and practical individual admit cards from the official student portal before the commencement of their respective exams.The admit card was available on 3rd July 2026. Candidates need to access the official portal through their application or registration details to get the document. The hall ticket downloaded will include details like exam shift, batch allotment and allotted exam center.Steps to Download Admit CardCandidates have to visit NIELIT student portal and click on Download Admit Card option available on right side notification panel. Then they have to select O Level from Information Technology course category, choose exam year as 2026 and exam cycle as July 2026.Applicants should enter their application number or registration number along with their date of birth in the prescribed DD-Mon-YYYY format. After completing the displayed captcha code, they have to click on View, read the security pledge and select Print Admit Card to save the document as PDF. Documents and items for the exam dayCandidates must bring a hard copy of admit card on clean white A4 paper to the examination centre. They must also present a valid original photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or Voter ID for verification.Those who have NIELIT’s official Registration Allotment and Identity Card must also carry it. Restricted items, including cell phones, smart watches, calculator tools, and digital media devices, are not permitted inside the exam room.Examination calendarNIELIT O level theory exam for July cycle is scheduled to start on 11th July 2026. Practical exam will start on 08th August 2026, after completion of theory papers.According to the exam schedule, the result is expected to be declared in the second week of October 2026. Candidates should verify the exam date, report time, shift, batch allotment and exam center printed on their hall ticket before appearing for the exam.NIELIT has also notified that HW, CHM-T (Computer Hardware Maintenance Technician) O Level Admit Card July 2026 is available to download and print from 3rd July 2026.
