Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna recently suffered a minor leg injury while shooting for his upcoming film ‘NBK111’ in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.Nandamuri Kalyan Ram took to social media to wish Balakrishna a speedy recovery. In a heartfelt statement, the actor expressed confidence that his uncle will recover quickly and return to work soon. He wrote, “I want you to get well soon, Babai.”
Balakrishna was injured during the sequence
This is said to have happened when Balakrishna was filming a scene with Manchu Manoj at Kakinada Port.According to reports in India Today, during the shoot, the actor reportedly slipped while doing a workout which injured his leg.Filming was stopped immediately and the actor was rushed to a nearby hospital for a check-up. Doctors performed measurements and other tests before determining that the injury was a partial laceration.The production team confirmed that Balakrishna will undergo a minor surgery as advised by the doctors.
Manufacturers provide approved health updates
The production house released a statement regarding Balakrishna’s condition and clarifying his support.The caption reads, “During the filming of many scenes of #NBK111 in Kakinada, Nandamuri Balakrishna Garu sustained a minor tear. As advised by the medical team, he will undergo a minor surgery to ensure a speedy and complete recovery.”They added, “This process is normal and there is no cause for concern.
Jr NTR also shares a heartfelt message
Soon after the reports of the injury, Jr NTR extended his wishes to Balakrishna through social media.Sharing an emotional message, she wrote, “Get well soon Bala Babai (Uncle). I wish you a speedy recovery and good health. I look forward to seeing you roar in all forms…”
