The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 round 1 seat allotment result for admission to undergraduate courses today, July 15. Candidates who participated in the first round of Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) counseling can now check the allotment status on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.To access the result candidates will have to login with their application number and password.The final seat allotment has been prepared based on candidate merit, reservation category, options filled during counseling and availability of seats. The provisional seat allotment result was released on July 14 and now the final allotment has been released.Candidates who have been allotted a seat should download their seat allotment order, pay the required admission fee and report to their allotted college within the deadline announced by KEA.

How to download the KCET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Final Result

Candidates can follow these steps to check the award result:

  • Visit the official website of KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
  • Click on the “KCET Round 1 Final Seat Allotment Result 2026” link on the home page.
  • Enter your application number and password.
  • Click Submit.
  • The seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
  • Download the seat allotment order and take a printout for future use.

Documentation required for admission

Candidates must have the following documents ready while reporting to the allotted institute:

  • KCET Round 1 Seat Allotment Order
  • KCET Admit Card
  • KCET Score Card or Rank Card
  • KCET Application Form Printout
  • Baccalaureate certificate (SSLC) or 10-point card and passing certificate
  • Class 12 or 2nd pre-university year mark card (2nd PUC) and pass certificate
  • Aadhaar Card or any other valid government issued photo ID
  • Transfer certificate (TC) issued by the last institution attended
  • Recent passport size photographs
  • Admission fee payment receipt, if the fee has been paid online

Candidates are advised to check their allotted course and college carefully before completing the admission process. They should also complete all the admission formalities within the time limit specified by KEA to secure their allotted seat.
