Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will organize a two-day placement drive at the mega campus on July 27 and 28, giving students and graduates an opportunity to apply for more than 350 jobs across sectors. The recruitment drive will bring together leading companies in banking, insurance, aviation, artificial intelligence (AI), marketing and data analytics under one roof.The placement drive will take place at the Dr BR Ambedkar Convention Center at IGNOU Headquarters in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi from 10 am on both days. It is organized by the university’s Campus Placement Cell (CPC) to help students connect with employers and explore career opportunities.
Who can apply?
The internship call is open to IGNOU students, alumni, fresh graduates and final semester students. Candidates from different educational fields can apply, depending on the eligibility criteria established by the participating companies.
Companies and job functions
Several well-known companies will participate in the recruitment campaign. Axis Bank will be hiring around 200 candidates for Office Sales (OS-1) role. The position is open to graduates and final semester students between 21 and 28 years old. The annual salary on offer is ₹2.3 lakh, along with performance-based incentives of up to ₹60,000.Bajaj Life Insurance will hire at least 25 candidates for the posts of Insurance Relationship Manager and Senior Financial Services Manager. The company offers annual salary packages of ₹3-3.5 lakh along with incentives. Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking will also hire candidates for telesales and branch sales roles at a monthly salary of around ₹25,000. 0 search 0Apart from these, companies will offer jobs in customer support, supply chain management, AI, marketing, UI/UX design and data analytics. Some roles come with salary packages of up to ₹ 12 lakh per annum, depending on the company, job profile and candidate’s qualifications.

Candidates who want to participate should apply online through Google Form shared by IGNOU Campus Placement Cell.
