He further clarified, “It is not a matter of not being good with Akshay Kumar. This is another collective responsibility of the people. So if I do that then I have to have Firoz (Firoz Nadiadwala)’s approval because he is the owner of the license.”He shared that Firoz Nadiadwala has the rights to ‘Hera Pheri,’ ‘Awara Paagal Deewana,’ and ‘Welcome.’ “They sent a legal notice. I said, no, I don’t want to get into legal trouble; I don’t want to do this movie, bro.”Referring to the legal notice he received from Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal said, “I believe that was his feeling. Like, ‘How can Paresh say no to me?’ He must have lost his mind. That is why he sent. I believe that.However, later, Paresh Rawal confirmed that he will do ‘Hera Pheri 3.’ During the interview, he made it clear that he will do the film, regardless of who will produce it. “Whenever Hera Pheri happens, I will do it. Whoever makes it, I will do it. I am married to this film.”
