First look at Robert Downey Jr.’s mask Doctor Doom has been revealed through mind maps shared by a former member of the production team. Former casting director Andy Park posted a trailer from the upcoming July 11 blockbuster, giving fans their first glimpse of several of the film’s highly anticipated characters.“AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY – the last film that I had the opportunity to direct as the Director of Visual Development at Marvel Studios. This film remembers that journey & shows the characters & their appearance for the first time. #AvengersDoomsday,” Park wrote on social media, showing the important moment in the production of the film.
First look back X-Men pictures
The trailer also includes the first teasers for several returning characters from the X-Men franchise who have not previously appeared in promotional material for the upcoming film. These include Nightcrawler, portrayed by Alan Cumming, Beast, played by Kelsey Grammer, and Mystique, portrayed by Rebecca Romijn. The photo also features a stunning image of Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, who is in the center of the photo.
Andy Park is leaving the studio
Andy Park shared this artwork after he left the production team earlier this year. The inspector general was one of the key elements of the April meeting. He announced his departure on social media at the time, considering his long tenure with the organization. “Marvel Studios Visual Development: 2010-2026. The end of time. I was there at the beginning of the group that broke the mold. 16 years, 40 + films, and 15 films directed as Director of Visual Development; I could not be prouder of the history we made,” he wrote, remembering his time with the studio.

The re-release is expected to feature the original and exclusive additions to a selection of high-profile actors, building excitement ahead of the Russo Brothers’ return to the franchise.‘Avengers: Doomsday’ is slated to hit theaters on December 18, 2026.
