Admissions DU NCWEB 2026: Delhi University (DU) has released the first Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) admissions cut-off list for the academic session 2026-27, opening the admission process for women seeking university studies through the university’s weekend learning programme. Candidates who meet the cut-off for their preferred educational center can start completing the online admission procedures from July 28 through the official NCWEB portal.The first admission list includes BA (Programme) and BCom courses offered at various NCWEB teaching centers in Delhi. The university has also released separate cutoff percentages for both the programs.
The admission process starts after the first cut off
The first cut-off list was released on July 27, marking the start of the NCWEB degree program admission cycle. Eligible candidates must complete the online admission process within the deadline announced by the university. Admission will be granted only after the candidates fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions and complete the document verification.Unlike regular Delhi University undergraduate admissions, which are done through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) on the basis of CUET-UG scores, NCWEB admissions remain merit-based and are determined through Class 12 marks.

Eligibility limited to female residents of Delhi
The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Council offers an opportunity to women who cannot attend regular college due to personal, professional or family commitments. The program is exclusively open to women candidates residing in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.NCWEB offers undergraduate education through designated teaching centers affiliated to the University of Delhi, where classes are generally conducted on weekends. This flexible model allows students to pursue higher education while balancing other responsibilities.
The center cuts have been released
The university has notified the first separate cut-off lists for each NCWEB teaching center offering BA (Programme) and BCom courses. Admission will be based on candidates meeting the cut-off applicable to their chosen center and course along with satisfactory verification of academic and other required documents.The detailed center wise cut off percentages have been uploaded along with the admission notification on the official website of the college.
Registration ended earlier this month
The online registration process for NCWEB Undergraduate Admissions was conducted from July 8 to July 24. With the publication of the first merit list, the university has now entered the admission phase.Candidates who are not granted admission in the first round should not lose hope as the university will release additional cut-off lists based on the availability of seats. Those who are awaiting admission should keep a close eye on the future announcements and complete the admission process within the deadlines set for each round.
