Delhi University (DU) has announced the second round of seat allotment for undergraduate admissions under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for the academic session 2026-27. Candidates who participated in Round 2 can now check the allotment status by logging into their CSAS dashboard on the official admission portal.The university has also urged candidates who are allotted seats in this round to complete the admission process within the stipulated time to avoid losing their allotted seat.
More than 24,800 new assignments announced
According to the university, a total of 24,814 new seat allocations have been made in the second round of the admission process.

Candidates who are allocated a seat must accept their allocation by 23:59 on Sunday 26 July 2026.Apart from the new allotments, the second round also witnessed a significant number of seat upgrades. As many as 30,682 candidates received enhanced allocations, which reflect the movement of students to higher preference programs or universities based on seat availability and merit.The university further said that 15,265 applicants had chosen to freeze their allocated seat, indicating that they chose to retain their previously allocated program or college and did not want to participate in further upgrading.
Fee payment term
Candidates whose admission has been approved after accepting the allotted seat must complete the online fee payment process by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.The university has advised the students to strictly adhere to the admission schedule as failure to meet any deadline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

Candidates can follow these steps to access their allotment status:
- Go to the official DU CSAS admission portal, admission.uod.ac.in.
- Log in with your registered credentials.
- Open the candidate panel.
- Check second round allotment status.
- Accept the assigned seat, if satisfied, before the deadline.
- Complete the admission procedures, including payment of the fee, within the established schedule.
Minimum assignment score available online
Along with the round 2 allotment results, Delhi University has also made available the minimum allotment scores for various degree programs and participating colleges on the official admission portal. These scores provide candidates with an overview of the closing assignment marks for the various courses in the second round.Applicants are advised to regularly monitor the CSAS official website for program allotment details, admission timings and any further announcements regarding the remaining rounds of undergraduate admissions.
