The deadline for accepting seats ends on July 21
Candidates for the seats allotted in the third round must accept the allotted seats by 21 July 2026. Failure to complete the acceptance process within the deadline may result in the loss of the allotted seat.After acceptance of the seat, the Faculty of Technology will conduct online verification of the documents uploaded before 22 July 2026. Candidates whose documents have been successfully verified must pay the admission fee before 23 July 2026 to confirm their admission.
Upgrade option available for eligible candidates
The university has clarified that the upgrade option will be available only to candidates who have already confirmed their admission in Round 1 or Round 2 by paying the seat acceptance fee and are currently enrolled in a DU BTech programme.Eligible students opting for an upgrade may be considered in subsequent counseling rounds, subject to seat availability.
More rounds of counseling may follow
According to Delhi University, if there are any vacant seats after the completion of the third round, further rounds of seat allotment will be conducted for BTech. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for further notification regarding admissions and counseling sessions.
