Although ‘Hera Pheri 3’ is facing legal challenges, Suniel Shetty he did not lose hope. The actor believes that the success of ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ could pave the way for the much-awaited drama to go ahead. Citing ‘Hera Pheri’ as the biggest drama of his career, Suniel admitted that he hopes that the film will eventually reach the masses and reach the audience, especially because of the huge interest associated with the film.Suniel said in an interview with Hindustan Times, “Hera Pheri is the biggest comedy achievement of my career and the desire to be associated with it is just so exciting. Something that will always be remembered, and with its memory value, who wouldn’t want that to happen? Fingers crossed, hopefully after Welcome To The Jungle, something magical should happen.”The actor also shared his views on the importance of family entertainers, saying that the success of films like ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ would benefit the entire industry.“The success of any film is a success for the industry, especially at a time when we’ve forgotten what family fun means and what it means to bond with grandparents and grandchildren.”Appreciating Firoz Nadiadwala’s vision, Suniel added, “Disney’s vision is Firoz Nadiadwala’s vision, and that is the reason for the success of Welcome To The Jungle. I am happy, excited and hopeful that more family entertainers will come back.”The actor also opened up about the reunion Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and several other veteran stars in the ensemble cast. He said that the film allows every actor to stand out even with so many stars.“The most beautiful part of this film is that even though you have a lot of actors, you manage to find your place and be appreciated like everyone else. The performance is as much for Akshay as it is for Raveena, Paresh bhai, Johnny, me or any other actor. “Recalling the experience, Suniel said that he did not hesitate to share the screen space with such renowned actors.“Films like this give you one chance to get back into the hearts of the audience. I piggybacked on Akshay, Paresh ji and Raveena to be a part of this successful franchise, and I’m glad I made that decision. I’m glad I wasn’t insecure with these people around me,” said the actor.His comments came after the director had just finished Priyadarshan announced his exit from ‘Hera Pheri 3’ and said that the film will not be made. Although the statement disappointed fans of the beloved franchise, Suniel’s optimism has given many reasons to believe that the project will still find a way forward.
