The congressThe youth wing held a marathon here on Sunday to create awareness among the people about the examination paper leaks and the alleged failures of the Union government in the education sector.The marathon is part of the Congress’s ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ campaign against exam paper leaks and its demand for accountability to safeguard the future of students.It was marked from Bapu Vatika by the party leaders, with the student wing of the Congress NSUIis responsible Kanhaiya Kumar in attendance“Congress, its youth wing, NSUI and all cells are working together in 28 cities of the country. This campaign is focused on exposing the state of education, institutional mismanagement, recurring paper leaks, delayed academic sessions, lack of hostel facilities and unemployment,” Kumar said.Through this campaign, the struggles and grievances of the students are conveyed Rahul Gandhithe Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, who is committed to transforming the country’s education system, said.Kumar further said, “We demand a proper inquiry into the Union education minister’s links with paper leak mafias and his resignation; an immediate end to paper leaks with a better examination system if NTA fails; and a fixed academic and work schedule to prevent students from suffering mental depression.” Youth Congress national president Uday Bhanu Chib alleged that the BJP government is destroying the future of students by leaking exam papers.“Youths deserve the rewards for their hard work. But the BJP, in its greed for money, is selling its future by leaking papers. This marathon is meant to make the corrupt BJP government realize that its racket of paper leaks will no longer work,” he said.
