On the other hand, Bandla Ganesh found himself in the news of a legal dispute involving one of his family’s properties.According to Telugu Gulte, the case involves a 500-square-yard plot of land owned by Parameswara Poultry Farm. The property was loaned to Union Bank as collateral for the loan. Before the repayment was completed within the stipulated time, the bank sold the property to repay the outstanding amount.Ganesh contested the sale through legal channels. However, he failed to get help. After the High Court passed a decision against him, he approached the Supreme Court which also refused to interfere and rejected his petition.

Following the Supreme Court’s decision, Bandla Ganesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to counter the sentiments surrounding the case.In his article, Bandla Ganesh wrote: “This case only concerns one house of 500 square yards located in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shaikpet. Union Bank sold the property in 2022 for Rs 8.51 crore.“
