Before going to Tirumala, the team held a pre-release event for the film on July 5 at the Nehru Municipal Grounds in Tirupati.Speaking to his fans, Akhil thanked them for standing by him despite the huge differences between his releases.He said: “It has been a long time since I was last released, and I apologize from the bottom of my heart for the wait. Not being able to keep in touch with you all has weighed heavily on my heart. I’m just asking for your love and acceptance. Please treat me like one of you and support my film, because that’s what will make me happy. “

Veteran actor Nagarjuna Akkineni, who attended the event as the chief guest, spoke volumes about his son’s transformation in the film. Appreciating Akhil’s performance, he said, “You won’t see Akhil on the screen – you will only see ‘Lenin’. Urging fans to support the release, he announced, “On July 10, our man is coming and he will rock,” while seeking the blessings of Lord Venkateswara for the film’s success.
