Actor-comedian Shekhar Suman has played a funny role Aamir Khan following the actor’s marriage to Gauri Spratt. In a recent episode of his popular YouTube show Shekhar Tonite, Shekhar mixed political humor with relationship humor as he joked about Aamir tying the knot for the third time.Speaking in his trademark comic style, Shekhar said, “This man has given a unique vision to several generations yet to come. And that vision is to chase something until it is not achieved. Politicians, especially, should learn a lot from him. It is often said that politicians know how to make alliances. But they should learn the art of making alliances with this man.”
‘He’s running the engine three times’
Picking up on the joke, Shekhar joked that Aamir had successfully made a “mahagathbandhan” (grand alliance).“Our government cannot run two engines properly, and it is running three engines now,” he laughed.Continuing, Shekhar called Gauri Spratt’s name and said, “Aapne Gauri… ek minutei… gaur kiya hoga.”He then added: “Aamir’s talent is unparalleled. He is very unique. He is like an engine where petrol, ethanol, and isobutanol are mixed together.”The comedian also made a political comparison, saying, “Aamir Khan has formed a government for the third time with a majority. Is Aamir Khan an NDA government or what? Even Prime Minister Modi must think that he has broken Nehru’s record, and now he has a new competitor in Aamir Khan.”
‘This is called vasudhaiva tutumbakam’
Shekhar also mentioned the presence of Aamir’s ex-wives and children during the wedding celebrations.Pointing out that Aamir’s first two wives and his children – Ira Khan, Junaid Khan and Azad – were present, he said, “This is called vasudhaiva kutumbakam (the world is one family).”Ending the episode with another punchline, Shekhar said, “Now, I find out why he is called a ‘perfectionist’. He keeps doing something until he becomes perfect. As we all know, perfection ki koi seema nahi hoti… Seema chhodiye, koi Reena, koi Kiran nahi hoti.”

Aamir Khan reportedly tied the knot with Gauri Spratt in an intimate ceremony held at his Pali Hill residence in Mumbai on July 5. The intimate function was attended by family members and a few close friends.The wedding photos showed Aamir signing the marriage documents while Gauri sat by his side. The ceremony was attended by Aamir’s son Azad Rao Khan, who was seen carrying a ring box, while Gauri’s son from his marriage attended the ceremony. Aamir’s mother Zeenat Hussain was also present.For the event, Gauri wore an ivory colored gown with a stunning wraparound design paired with jewels and pure white flowers in her gown. Aamir opted for a crisp white kurta, with bold prints, his signature black lip look and well-trimmed beard. The intimate celebration was attended by Aamir’s children Ira Khan and Junaid Khan, his daughter-in-law Nupur Shikhare, filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, members of the Ambani family, actress Elli AvrRam, cricketer Irfan Pathan and politician Raj Thackeray.Aamir and Gauri have known each other for over 25 years after they first met in Bengaluru. Although they dated for years, they reportedly reconnected in 2023 and eventually started dating. Gauri has worked in the fashion and beauty industry and is also associated with Aamir Khan Productions.
