The actor acquired the second and third floors of the house in South Delhi’s upscale Panchsheel Park, adding to the ground floor and first floor he already owns. The place holds a lot of interest for the couple, as it was their first home after they got married in 1991, before Shah Rukh moved to Mumbai to pursue a full-time career. The latest acquisition is worth around Rs 37 crore, giving Shah Rukh ownership of the entire house, according to a report by Moneycontrol. Built on a 1,200-square-yard plot (around 10,800 square feet), this house is located in one of the most popular areas of South Delhi. According to the report, the deal was valued at around Rs 37 crore, while the base area is estimated at around Rs 34,260 per square foot.Shah Rukh Khan is Gauri Khan got married on October 25, 1991, through three ceremonies that took place on the same day – civil marriage, Hindu civil marriage and Nikah.Over the years, Gauri has spoken fondly of the house and her memories.
