JEECUP 2026: The Joint Entrance Examination Board (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh is scheduled to release the JEECUP Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2026 today, 10 July 2026. Candidates who participated in the counseling process will be able to check the allotment status through the official counseling portal once the result link is activated.The second round allotment is expected to be available between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM or later in the afternoon. Candidates for allocated places must complete the prescribed admission procedures within the notified period to retain their allocation.How to check the result of the awardOnce the result is announced, candidates can visit the official JEECUP counseling portal and click on the link “Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for JEECUP Counseling 2026”.Candidates will have to login with their application number and password. After login, they can view the allotment status, download the provisional seat allotment letter and keep a hard copy for the admission process.Admission schedule after awardCandidates for allotted seats have to choose Freeze or Float option between 11th July to 13th July 2026. During the same period they also have to complete online payment of seat acceptance and counseling fees.Document verification at designated district aid centers will be conducted from 11th to 14th July 2026. Candidates who want to withdraw their allotted seats can do so on 15th July 2026.Those who are not allotted a preferred seat or do not receive an allotment can select the Float option to remain eligible for Round 3 counselling. The next phase of electoral filling is scheduled to begin on July 16, 2026.Documents required for verificationCandidates should report to the allotted District Help Center with the original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies. Popular government polytechnics generally close admissions for Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering between ranks 5,000 and 8,000 in Round 2. Aided institutions usually admit candidates up to ranks between 10,000 and 22,000, while private institutions often continue admissions for ranks 50,000 and above, subject to seat availability.
