OJEE 2026 advice: The Board of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) will release the round 1 counseling seat allotment result for postgraduate programs today at 5 pm. The award result will be available through the official OJEE counseling portal for the candidates who participated in the first round of the admission process.According to the commission, the publication of the result is scheduled for July 8, 2026, after a short delay due to unavoidable circumstances. The allotment covers various postgraduate programs while the round 1 allotment results for undergraduate and other courses were announced earlier.Allocation of places for postgraduate programsRound 1 Allotment includes admissions to MTech, MArch, Mplan, MBA, MCA, MSc Computer Science and MBA for working professionals.The board had already released the first round seat allotment results for BTech, BArch, BPlan, Integrated MSc, LE-Tech, LE-BSc and Integrated MBA programmes.Steps to check the award resultCandidates can access the seat allotment status through the official OJEE counseling portal. They will be prompted to log in with their application number, password and the security pin shown.After login, candidates can view their allotted seat and download the provisional seat allotment letter for future admission procedures.Candidates must complete the reports onlineCandidates who are allotted seats must complete the online information process within the prescribed schedule to retain their allotment. During this process, candidates will have to choose either “Freeze” or “Float” option.Candidates who select the Freeze option will confirm and retain their allotted seat. Those opting for Float will accept the current allotment while remaining eligible for seat upgrade in subsequent counseling rounds.To complete the admission process, candidates must also pay the prescribed partial admission or seat confirmation fee through the online portal.Mandatory documentary verificationCandidates for allotted seats will also need to upload original academic and identity documents required for online verification as part of the admission process.The OJEE Committee has advised the candidates to complete all the post-award procedures within the notified deadline. Failure to complete the reporting process, pay the required fee or upload the prescribed documents within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
