CBSE 10th Class 2nd Exam Results will be released this week? Here’s what we know so far
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 Second Class Exam Result 2026 shortly. The scorecards will be published on the official website, cbse.gov.in.Although the board has not officially confirmed the result date, candidates are closely monitoring the official websites for the announcement. Scoreboards are expected to be released this week. As the class 10 revaluation results have also been released, the class 10 score cards can be released by the end of this week.More than 6.68 lakh students took the second board exam this year under the newly introduced two-exam system of CBSE. The initiative gives students another opportunity to improve their performance without waiting for the next academic session.

Once the results are declared, students will be able to access their mark sheets through the official CBSE portals, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.Apart from the official websites, the board has also made various alternative platforms available to ensure that students can download their mark sheets even if the websites experience heavy traffic.Students will also be able to check their results through:
- DigiLocker
- UMANG application
- SMS service
- Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
Candidates have been advised to keep the roll number, date of birth and admit card details ready before the results are announced to avoid delays during the session.
CBSE Class 10th Second Board Result 2026 Steps to Download
Once the result is released, students can download their provisional mark sheet by following these steps:
- Go to the official websites, cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
- Click on the “CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026” link on the home page.
- Enter required login credentials including registration number and other details.
- Submit the information.
- The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the provisional marks sheet and keep a hard copy for future reference.
What the mark sheet will contain
Students are advised to carefully verify all the information printed on their mark sheet after downloading it. The provisional scorecard will include:
- Name of the student
- Roll no
- Date of birth
- father’s name
- Class details
- Theoretical notes by subject
- Practical notes, if applicable
- Total marks obtained
- Maximum marks
- Overall grade
- Pass or fail status
