India captain Shreyas Iyer opted to field after winning the toss in the second T20I against Ireland on Sunday, making two changes to the playing XI as the visitors look to level the two-match series.India gave T20I debuts to batting all-rounder Suryansh Shedge and fast bowler Prince Yadav, while teenage batting prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was again left waiting for his first international appearance.Confirming the hurling changes, Iyer expressed confidence in the newcomers and praised their abilities.“We have two changes. Suryansh (Shedge) and Prince have come in and made their debut. Shedge is a fearsome cricketer, both in domestic cricket and in the IPL,” Iyer said, adding that Prince is a “smart” cricketer who “adapts to things”.India entered the competition under pressure after suffering a surprise 34-run defeat in the series opener on Friday. The defeat gave Ireland their first ever win against the reigning T20 world champions in any format and gave the hosts a 1-0 lead in the two-match series.With their inclusion, Suryansh Shedge and Prince Yadav became the 120th and 121st Indian players to represent the country in T20 Internationals.
