HTET 2026 Exam City: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has announced that candidates appearing for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025 will be able to check their allotted exam city details from the board’s official website from 4:00 p.m. The announcement was made during a press conference held at the board’s headquarters in Bhiwani.Board chairman Shankar Lal Dhupad said the exam will be conducted on July 4 and 5, 2026 at 383 examination centers in the state. A total of 2,33,294 candidates have registered for the test. The exam admit cards will be issued separately at a later stage.Guidelines issued for examination arrangementsTo ensure the smooth conduct of the exam and no mistakes, the board organized a virtual meeting with the district education officials. During the meeting, the officials were asked to follow all the prescribed procedures and maintain strict vigilance at the examination centres.The president has affirmed that the inspection measures of the centers have been strengthened. Flying squads will be deployed to prevent cheating and other irregularities. Each examination center will have a board representative along with an administrative officer or district administration officer.The exam schedule includes the Level 3 test in the evening session on July 4 for 73,091 candidates. The Level 2 exam will be held in the morning session on July 5 for 1,19,141 candidates, while the Level 1 exam will be held in the evening session on the same day for 41,062 candidates.Control rooms to function during the examination periodBoard Secretary Munish Sharma (IAS) directed district education officers to hold district level meetings under the chairmanship of deputy commissioner with center superintendents and administrative officers. Details of meeting times should be communicated to the board.The control rooms will function in the district education offices from July 3 to 5. The designated staff will remain in direct contact with the control room established at the board headquarters and submit the consolidated inspection reports on the day of the examination.Special provisions for candidates and staffVisually impaired and differently abled candidates will be given an additional 50 minutes of time. Female candidates will only be allowed to wear Mangalsutra and apply Bindi and Sindoor. Sikh candidates will be allowed to wear articles of their religious faith.The board has instructed officials to regularly check the functioning of traffic jams, biometric systems, video equipment and CCTV cameras. Only staff with a valid identity card will be allowed to enter the exam centers, which must remain visible throughout the exam period.
