The Personnel Selection Committee (SSC) will close the registration process for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2026 examination today, 25th June 2026. Eligible candidates who have not yet completed the application process can submit their forms through the official website of SSC before the deadline.The Commission had reopened the application window after receiving applications from candidates who could not complete their registrations within the original deadline. This extension provides a final opportunity for eligible applicants to apply for one of the nation’s largest recruitment exams.According to SSC, more than 28 lakh candidates have already successfully submitted their applications for SSC CGL 2026.The reopened application process began on June 23, 2026 at 11:00 PM and will remain active until June 25, 2026 at 11:00 PM.Candidates are advised not to wait till the last moment and should complete the registration process as soon as possible to avoid technical problems caused by heavy website traffic.SSC CGL Recruitment 2026 campaign is going on for more than 12000 vacancies in various Ministries, Departments and Offices of Central Government.
Fee payment term
Candidates who complete their applications within the extended registration period can pay the application fee online till 26 June 2026 at 11:00 PM.Applicants must ensure that both the application and fee payment processes are completed correctly for their application to be considered valid.

SSC has also revised the application correction schedule after the extension of registration deadline.The application correction feature will be available from July 1 to July 3, 2026 until 11:00 p.m. During this period, candidates will be allowed to make the permitted corrections in the submitted application forms.
Revised Eligibility Date
The Commission has clarified that 25 June 2026, the revised closing date for applications, will now be treated as the crucial date for determining eligibility conditions, provided they are applicable as per SSC CGL 2026 notification.
No change in other conditions
Apart from the revised registration, fee payment and correction window dates, all other terms and conditions mentioned in the original SSC CGL 2026 notification issued on 21 May 2026, remain unchanged.Candidates who have not yet applied are encouraged to complete their registration before the application window closes today.
