UPTET Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) is expected to announce the UPTET Result 2026 soon for the candidates who appeared in the Teacher Eligibility Test held on July 2-4. Once declared, candidates will be able to download their mark sheets from the official website using their login credentials.Nearly 17.7 lakh candidates are awaiting results after the exam recorded an overall attendance of 88.77 per cent. Official data indicates that 19,94,661 candidates had registered for the test, while 17,70,714 appeared for it. The primary-level paper recorded higher attendance than the upper-primary paper, and AI-based surveillance detected 44 instances of impersonation during the exam.UPTET 2026 Exam at a Glance
Historical pass percentages show fluctuating trendsWhile the official UPTET 2026 pass percentage will be known only after the results are declared, previous exam cycles indicate that the pass rates have varied considerably.The primary recorded a pass rate of 35% in 2018, which dropped to 29.74% in 2019 before rising to 38.67% in the 2021-22 cycle. For the upper primary paper, the pass rate fell from 33.12% in 2018 to 11.46% in 2019, before recovering to 28.33% in 2021-22.Based on these trends, some experts estimate that the 2026 pass rate could range from 34 to 39 percent for the primary level and 25 to 30 percent for the upper primary level. However, these estimates are not official and the final figures will be confirmed by UPESSC along with the result.
