Attending Teen Vogue Fest 2026 at the Duggal Greenhouse in Brooklyn, New York, the two stars opened up about how they were about to join the cast of ‘Practical Magic 2’. Speaking to PEOPLE, she shared that the experience was difficult at first as she knew she had big shoes to fill.King shared how emotional it was, adding, “As fans of the original film myself, we feel like if you love something as much as we love Practical Magic, there’s a lot of responsibility to join the team and want to do it justice.” Williams, on the other hand, talked about how great screen actress Sandra Bullock was. He said, “It’s just amazing. She’s so lovely. The best woman in Hollywood,” while sharing that the actress reached out to both of them via text and wrote, “‘Hi, It’s your mom.’‘”King added that it is a privilege to work together with the two players. “They’re the best couple. Nicole and I worked together a few years ago. She plays my mom in a movie, and we got along really well with it, which is crazy. I’m so in love with her. I’m so in awe of her. She’s such a great person.”Both actresses also revealed that both Bullock and Kidman became close friends with their culture. King concluded, “Sandy just takes us under her wing like her daughters. It’s so important to have the post-movie partnership that we have. She sends us audiobooks all the time. She’s always fooling us. She’s so sweet.
