2026 Bajaj 220F launched at Rs 1.36 lakh: Here's what's new

Bajaj Auto has launched the new Bajaj 220F motorcycle in the Indian market, priced at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices have been increased by Rs 8,000. Interested customers can book the motorcycle online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Shipments are expected to begin soon. December 2025 marks the last major revision for the model, introducing updated graphics, LED indicator lights and fresh exterior color options. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in this latest update.

2026 Bajaj Pulsar 220F

The key update on the Pulsar 220F is the addition of a new LED headlamp unit with integrated LED daytime running lights, replacing the halogen projector setup offered earlier. The revised lighting package brings a more contemporary look to the motorcycle while retaining the familiar semi-faired front design. Features-wise, it continues to get a mobile charging port, an LCD instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and more. Apart from the headlamp upgrade, there are no noticeable styling changes, with the Pulsar 220F continuing to feature the same silhouette and bodywork that has been associated with the model for years. The mechanics of the motorcycle have not been changed either. Power continues from a 220cc oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which develops 20.9hp and 18.6Nm of torque, and the engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The Pulsar 220F retains its existing hardware setup, with telescopic front forks and twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 90/90-section front and 120/80-section rear tires. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes on both wheels, with single-channel ABS offered as standard.
