Recruitment of NICL 2026 assistants: National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a Government of India company has released the recruitment notification for 500 Assistant Posts for the year 2026. Age limit and application feeCandidates should be between 21 to 30 years as on 1st July 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per Government of India Rules.The application fee for candidates from General, OBC and EWS categories is Rs 850, while candidates from SC, ST and other eligible categories are exempted from paying the fee.Salary and selection processSelected candidates for the post of Assistant will be paid a basic starting salary of Rs.36,290/-. The approximate monthly salary including allowances can be around Rs 63,000 in metropolitan centres. Candidates will also get benefits like Charity Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance and other benefits as per company rules.The recruitment exam will be conducted in several stages. Candidates will first appear in the Phase-I online preliminary examination followed by the Phase-II mains examination.
